• 14-Day Window (Pending Approval): Mailed purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, pending prior approval.
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached (sale & clearance items are final sale).
• Exchange, Credit or Refund: Swap for another size/style or receive a store credit or refund (less original shipping & handling).
